Draft Position Statement Concerning the Implementation of Position Statement 16-01 (Home Rule Counties and Municipalities)

At its March 6, 2017, meeting, the IEC requested public comment on a draft position statement concerning the implementation of Position Statement 16-01 (home rule counties and municipalities). Public comments should be filed by close of business on March 27, 2017, for consideration at the IEC's April 3, 2017, meeting.
